Service 05 · Systems integration

Connect the systems you already run, so data is entered once

APIs where they exist, careful automation where they don’t, and clear rules for what happens when something fails.

Typical pattern Each connection gets the route that suits it
  1. Website quote formvia Signed webhook, toBusiness system
  2. Shared inboxvia AI extraction, toCustomer record
  3. Spreadsheet exportvia Scheduled flow, toERP or CRM
  4. Older system screensvia UI bridge, toRecords with no API

Every write is checked and logged, and a failure alerts a named owner. Dashed: an interim route, with a path to an API.

A typical pattern, not a specific client project.

Signs you need this

Sound familiar?

  • Integration is a person with two screens open.
  • Two systems disagree about the same customer, job or item.
  • Website inquiries arrive as emails that someone re-enters.
  • Nobody knows what breaks if a field changes upstream.

What we build

The pieces, and what each one is for.

API integrations
Direct connections with authentication, retries and logging built in.
Webhooks and intake
Signed, validated submissions from your website and forms, with spam and duplicate checks.
File-based exchange
Scheduled imports and exports where that is the reliable route.
Bridges for older systems
Desktop flows for systems without an API, with validation and a path to retire them.

What you get

Deliverables you can hold us to.

Fixed price, agreed before work starts. Built in your environment wherever possible, and owned by you.

  • An integration map: systems, fields, direction and frequency
  • The integrations, running under service accounts in your environment
  • Alerting and a documented recovery path for each failure mode
  • A change log of what each integration wrote, and when

Questions

Good questions to ask.

Which systems do you work with?

Anything with an API, a reliable export or, as a last resort, a stable screen. The founder’s hands-on work includes Microsoft 365, a construction ERP, an equipment-maintenance system, PostgreSQL and web APIs. Your platforms are assessed in the diagnostic before anything is promised.

Is screen automation reliable?

As a bridge, yes, with validation and alerts. It needs watching when screens change, which is why the plan always includes the API route.
